On December 1, the winner of the FIBA 3×3 Africa Cup 2024 was determined, and the title went to Team Madagascar.

Livio Ratianarivo emerged as the tournament’s top scorer with 53 points (an average of 8.8 points per game). He also ranked first in long-range shooting, boasting the highest percentage of successful two-point shots (40%). Additionally, he secured second place in rebounds during the Africa Cup.

This marks Madagascar’s second victory in the past three years. They first claimed the championship in 2022 and placed third in 2023.

Madagascar matched the achievement of Egypt in 2019 by taking first place in both the men’s and women’s categories simultaneously.
