Last weekend saw epic clashes in Bahrain and Deqing. Manama Masters 2024 proved highly unpredictable, as major teams from the global rankings competed but even famed Miami couldn’t reach the second day. Just last month, Miami was closing in on the world leader, Serbian team Ub. Chongming eliminated Miami in a powerful 21:8 game. Chongming, Ulaanbaatar MMC Energy, Paris, and Hangzhou reached the semifinals, leaving behind Miami, Riffa, Raudondvaris Hoptrans, Liman, and Lausanne.

In a tight final, Chongming and Paris clashed, with Chongming claiming the title with skill and luck in the last seconds.

Meanwhile, the Deqing Challenger saw no such upsets as teams battled for a spot in the Shenzhen Masters finals. In Deqing, Amsterdam, Ermont SENEF, Princeton, and Kandava Turība advanced to the semifinals. Ultimately, Princeton secured victory over Amsterdam, ending 21:18.
