In Belgrade, the Yugoslav Sports Association Partizan celebrated its 79th anniversary. The sports club was founded in October 1945 as part of the Yugoslav army, and a few years later, it became a civilian club, allowing ordinary citizens to join alongside Yugoslav army personnel.

Among the first sections of Partizan were football, athletics, basketball, cycling, and tennis. Later, the association expanded to include esports, 3×3 basketball, MMA, fencing, and women’s handball clubs.
At the official ceremony, the Serbian Minister of Sports Zoran Gajić and the President of the Yugoslav Sports Society and Basketball Club Partizan, Ostoja Mijailović, stated that the clubs within the large family are actively developing and wished them further growth. Afterward, the awarding of the best clubs began.

The best men’s team of the current year within Partizan was the young 3×3 basketball club, Partizan Meta Force. The best women’s team of the year was the rowing club.
